Good customer service is not dead. When I arrived at my business yesterday afternoon, I noticed our parking lot had been treated, but it still wasn’t safe enough for my clients. They cut down my rose bush and I called and left a message to complain on August 6, 2024. They called and apologized and said they'd replace it. They didn't. It began to grow back, though, so whatever. On September 17 they chopped it down again. It's surrounded by rocks and pinwheels. They apparently moved a pinwheel so they could get to it and chop it down again, but they left the weeds on the other side of the bush (so they weren't just being diligent and didn't recognize a rose bush).
