AJ came out to perform our fall maintenance on our system. He was on time, courteous and efficient. He explained to my wife everything that he was doing and wellness status of our system. Highly recommend Hillenburg for yearly service contract!
Jeremiah came out to service my AC after I called them because Sanders said I needed a new unit and quoted me over $15K. Jeremiah came out, walked me out to the unit and showed me it was just low on Freon. He filled it with Freon, serviced the unit, walked in the house and checked the temps from the vents, and told me about a great annual service membership that would actually save me money and ensure my unit last for years. I will definitely be using Hillenburg going forward.
Great Experience , Tate Connor and chance put in a new unit and it works great! They made sure it was done right.
Called in the morning because my unit wasn't kicking on, and a Technician showed up within a couple hours. Chris was polite and professional, and had my problem diagnosed and fixed within half an hour. He explained exactly what the problem was, which I appreciated. Will definitely be using you guys in the future!
Hillenburg Heat and Air deserves every one of these 5 stars! Their promptness and quick service were outstanding, and the technician (Chris) was excellent—professional, skilled, and friendly. Highly recommend! Yearly maintenance agreement is definitely worth it!
