Thank you for sending Steve out the same day I called! He fixed our furnace fan that was messed up by another company during winter maintenance check and made it vibrate bad. It appeared the other company stripped screws and left some out. He saw the issue immediately and fixed it. I had gotten a quote to replace fan motor from other company that caused the issue but since Steve fixed it he saved me hundreds of dollars. I am your customer from now on and appreciate you all being an honest, local company.
AJ came out to perform our fall maintenance on our system. He was on time, courteous and efficient. He explained to my wife everything that he was doing and wellness status of our system. Highly recommend Hillenburg for yearly service contract!
Jeremiah came out to service my AC after I called them because Sanders said I needed a new unit and quoted me over $15K. Jeremiah came out, walked me out to the unit and showed me it was just low on Freon. He filled it with Freon, serviced the unit, walked in the house and checked the temps from the vents, and told me about a great annual service membership that would actually save me money and ensure my unit last for years. I will definitely be using Hillenburg going forward.
Great Experience , Tate Connor and chance put in a new unit and it works great! They made sure it was done right.
