This is a great place to live if you don’t mind having no hot water half the time, no electricity at least once a month, the toilets not working at least 2x a month, and always-overflowing dumpsters. Maintenance will come snake the pipe, say it’s clear, and gaslight you into closing the ticket yet the toilet still doesn’t flush. the maintenance service is disgusting, I called because my apartment was between 85 and 90 degrees all summer and they would just arrive and say that everything was working at 100% and they would leave and they didn't fix anything, they just arrived with a gun to measure the children's fever and they would leave, I always tell them that the insulation of the door that the deek did doesn't work and even less that of the windows but they don't listen to you and they don't repair anything, all the apartments around me have new ... read more
Based on these reviews alone im scratching this property off my list and its sad to see there is no feedback from the property. These rental properties have to do better
I have absolutely nothing nice to say about Hillen and Belvedere. The shared hot water with 20 other tenants. Mice and they charge for every single thing, need a light bulb $30 charge. Management sucks & This place doesn’t work with you they just money! they don’t care why you late with rent first notice they send you right to court. Not to mention all the fees they’ll add. I’m so mad Im stuck in my lease I wouldn’t rent here even on my last worst day. Next year I’m out of this hell whole!
