Treats you like family – Hillebrand has a wonderful reputation on the westside and in my experience it is well deserved. From admission from the hospital through discharge back home - everyone was friendly, helpful, and took the time to show how much they cared about me and my family. I was told that many of the staff has worked there for over 10 years - in my opinion that speaks highly about how they treat their employees! horrible nursing home treatment – so i have seen what goes on in this place and it is most definatly not very acceptable.. the nurses aids are lazy they make residents wait to go to the bathroom if there tiered...some residents have waited hours just to go to the bathroom because the nurses aids simply didnt feel like taking them.. isnt that some crazy stuff??? alot of residents get mis treated its horrible the nurses asids are just so mean and lazy and they have very bad attitudes which sometimes get directed towards reside... read more
