Amanda Miller is the type of property manager that is rare these days. My aging step dad and I feel like we’ve lived here for years. Just how it used to feel while living in Boise. Also, incredibly responsive to work orders. But above all, I feel like I can confide in and communicate so naturally with Amanda. Thank you for keeping my dad comfortable here. :)
Management is caring and professional, maintenance is professional and Johnny on the spot. I've read through the comments, the only ones whining were the troublemakers. Man is it good to have them gone. The owners have lots of plans for our place. Losing the rocks and permit parking will be awesome. Talavwra apartments are in a very nice location. Two points here: *Loud apartment-little to no insulation/ soundproofing *Not enough parking for all residents I want to be honest for whoever is looking to move here, because I wish someone wrote a review letting me know before I choose talavera to live. This is the LOUDEST apartment I have ever lived in and I have lived in at least 6 in the Boise area. Not loud in as the people are loud but more like whoever built these apartments cut some major corners in the insulation/sound proofing of the walls-floors-ceilings. I have a... read more
