RecommendedWhat to say about Hillcrest! Well for starters, their staff is amazing! The first time I stepped foot in there I immediately noticed how clean it was! We have a feral cat that can’t be put into a crate. We were able to get a med from Hillcrest to try on the cat to make her sleepy to be able to come in. Because of our horrendous experience with our dog dying from cancer, we were unable to give it to the cat until now. The med is expired. This vet refuses to give it to us again. Says we can get someone to come here. I promise you that will never work. The vet doesn’t care at all, won’t help us so they can see our cat.

We’ve been taking our pets here for over twelve years. The staff is still stellar, attentive, warm, and explain everything. In our experience they’ve gone above and beyond. I’m not sure one reviewers issue as we were notified of the new ownership and even received a letter from Dr. Asseo.
Dr Anderson and everyone at Hillcrest are the best. Professional, personable, knowledgeable. They have treated our three dogs and one ornery cat for years: through surgeries, illness, wellness, and even passing on. Kudos to Dr Anderson for clear explanations, sensible advice, and consideration of budget. We are very happy here. Highly recommend.
Any vet that charges clients more money if they want to be in the room with their pet during euthanasia needs to be shut down. This vet has had sketchy reports in the past, but this is terrible! Discouraging clients from being with their beloved pet during the final moments?! Why would they charge MORE unless they are trying to discourage the clients from being present. Shame on them....anything BUT thinking of the pets feelings!!!
Thank you Dr Lamp and medical staff for taking such good care of William. He is back to his old self after getting his 5 bad teeth extracted.
