The receptionists have no idea what they're doing, my doctor sent a referral 3 times before they ever called us to set up an appointment. That took a month to get settled, we get an appointment for 3 months later for the consultation. The consultation goes off without a hitch, then we're scheduled for an appointment for another 3 months later. Two days before the appointment they call us and cancel the appointment.
