Wow he edited his review because everyone was killing it. Nothing was left behind. So he’s just making responses up to the reviews. Very rude and disrespectful and will make threats if not paid on time. Will never rent a storage unit again from them. Highly recommend everyone not renting from him. Also very expensive.
Owner just threatened my elderly mother because she doesn’t have the ability to get a desk out of her storage unit. She only has a sedan and let them know ahead of time. They threatened to charge her more than she was paying a month to dispose of a desk. She is unemployed and crying. These people are wildly unprofessional and rude. Threatening an old lady who was trying to be honest. She even swept the dang place and gave them notice that she wouldn’t be needing the unit anymore.
