The new Superintendents are wonderful! They are friendly, helpful, and take care of any issues promptly. Anthony and Jeff are excellent in all the tasks they are required to do. We are very happy with our staff here at Hillcrest Terrace.

Sue and Bob are attentive, professional and the most approachable team. We just moved in Oct 6 and the stress level was reduced simply by Sue and Bob and teams actions and quick responses to all our newbie questions! Looking forward to sharing the space with such a gracious and hospitable management team. So stoked about the reveal of the social room. And I love the notices in the elevators. The place is clean and smell smells good!
Too bad the Managment is not great. I was inquiring about a 1 bed 1 bath unit. Followed up with the leasing manger 5 times with no call back, after each time she stated she would. I would just stay away imagine the communication from them if something were to be wrong in the unit? Good luck to the people here.
I come for rent and website have 13 months I told management I come to next month and one month free and website and has 750 dollars bond for senior why not all renters.
