I lived at Hillcrest Terrace for eleven years, and overall, it was a positive experience. The floor I lived on was quiet, I had great neighbours and my apartment was secure. In addition, the building was well managed, maintenance requests were dealt with in a timely fashion, and I enjoyed the community garden. All in all, a great place to live!

This is a very well managed and maintained building. Very quiet and conveniently located. Manager is super efficient and kind. She is supported by very friendly staff who make it a pleasure to live here. Tenants care about each other and always have a nice word or two to share. Would not hesitate to recommend making this your new home. I have lived here for two and a half years but now have to move on for personal reasons... Hillcrest Terrace is a great place to live. It is well maintained and very secure. Neighbours are very quiet and respectful and the staff is dedicated to providing a clean and safe environment. The gym and gardens are a great bonus!
