Management is unprofessional and dismissive, with Blanca in particular making communication and basic services unnecessarily stressful. Building has a huge mold problem. The maintenance manager Fransisco Sanchez acts very inappropriately, and appears to have some anger management issues. Don’t recommend living here if you’re a younger woman.

My wife and I loved living here. The building was always so clean and quiet. There were so many amazing places within walking distance. Blanca and Francisco were always so friendly and quick to respond. We really do miss living here.
The property manager Blanca Sanchez is terrible, it’s hard to get ahold of her, she doesn’t have good communication skills and the Wexford the company that she works for is just as bad.
I stayed here for 1 year and had the greatest experience. I actually wanted to move to their 1 bedroom but another tenant got it before me. The managers, Blanca and Francisco, were very responsive and helpful at all times. They made me feel right at home. This complex is surprisingly so peaceful and quiet.
