I love it here. Great location, nicely maintained building. Ann Marie in office is terrific.
Clean, well maintained
Anne Marie in the office told my friend who is disabled and senior. If you have to ask, then you can't afford it. That's housing discrimination.
Only got 1 star. Used to be a 5 star. However, tenants ( unless u live on ground floor or top floor next to sundeck, are no longer allowed to have plants on their balconies or have "mesh" put at legal heights across railing on balcony and let your dogs sit on balcony getting fresh air, watching others go by etc. My dog is clinically depressed as she can no longer have her daily HEALTHY routine. THAT IS DEFINATELY A DEAL BREAKER FOR ME. Been here 9.5 YEARS + never thought I'd want to leave here. But the NEW BALCONY RULE?? TOO... read more
