Another NO star Review, We just closed on a House in Greensboro NC My Aunt 86 year old chose a House and loved it, she was told that she would receive buyer credit in the form of a check, at the end of this deal Mr Hammond Drop the ball, with a bunch of other things, now Donte Hammond got paid he don’t wanna be bother, and that’s pretty messed up to do a elderly person that way Just know you haven’t heard of this If I have to involve the realtor commission.
This group don't even deserve a one star ,especially with the realtor Dale Porter. He is not a people person , has a big head on his shoulder acts like he is better then everyone, he has contracts with Guy to remodel home that are coming up for listing and neither of them will pay their help.
Hill crest realty dose not hold up there end of the bargain when it comes to your home settlement agreement. I told them about problems I’ve had since we moved in and no one has came out to fix anything I’ve been waiting on them for a year and all the day is we are done but I got proof things been falling apart since we moved in a brand new home last year. There are not enough stars here to rate Debi Mackanich with Hillcrest Realty Group in High Point, NC. Debi guided me when I purchased land in Pilot Mountain, North Carolina from New Jersey. I knew I wanted this property with mountain views, open space and clean air in the cutest little town. Debi verified things about the land that I never would have known to ask about. I had the most wonderful experience buying my first home with Hillcrest Realty. Debi was amazing her and Jessica took the time and sold me the house that I needed not the house that they wanted me to have.
