Candace and Mr Denigan and staff are always quick to respond to issues. Have been living here for 6 years now and really enjoy the neighborhood with great neighbors. I really appreciate Candace as she is always on top of responding. Updates: no compassion after 7 1/2 years and treats us like low life tenants. It’s really disappointing
I have rented from this place for 2 years and renewed it again! I have no complaints or problems from this management, they take care of things when I need something taken care of. Always around when I have a question. They have been nothing but good to me! Thanks for everything you do and have done! So much appreciated
Rented for almost a year in Florence KY, my work moved me during covid to Missouri. Per contract my 1K deposit was to be refunded but never was. I could not get a response from the company.
I have been renting from Hillcrest for almost 8 years and have lived in 4 of their houses. Candace has been truly amazing since she has stepped in! She is so prompt in responding as well!
Just called to inquire about rental management. While this was quite obviously not going to be a good business fit for me, I could have done without being laughed at over the phone while explaining my circumstances. Rude, disrespectful, highly unprofessional.
