TLDR: Great plumbers, horrific office staff. It is May, and I am paying for services completed in September due to the poor bookkeeping of Hillcrest Plumbing. The services performed are sufficient but they will run your card on file whether thats the appropriate card(personal vs. Business) whenever their bookkeeper gets around to doing her job. Great service! Phoned this morning after a pipe sprung a leak, they came out just hours later and got it repaired. Super friendly tech as well.
