I’ve been using this pharmacy for about a year. I moved about 4 months ago and switched the delivery date and no problem. Then this month I paid for the prescription and delivery fee and waited. 2 weeks later I called them because it hadn’t come yet and they informed me that can’t ship to my new address (even though they had already been doing it?) Very impressed with this pharmacy. I emailed them over the weekend and they promptly responded on Monday. I had my provider send in my prescription to them on Tuesday and they had it shipped out the same day! It arrived to my place on Thursday morning, which is a 4 hour drive from the pharmacy mind you, in a well packaged, refrigerated box! It was still cold by the time I got to it! I am highly impressed by Hillcrest, thank you for the great service!
