I’ve lived in this complex for over 25 years now. The management is great and if something needs fixing they go all out to fix it perfectly because it’s family owned. It’s safe, beautiful, and very quiet.
Don't sign a 10 month lease with them. Under (TPA) tenant protection act, any lease under 1year is not protected. You can get a 30 day notice to move out on the 9th month and they are protected by law. The owner also lives in the community.
One bedroom for that money and it's NO parking 😟😠
