I currently live here and some of the comments are to point but really a very comfortable place to live. Walls are a little thin for sure but so are most apartment style buildings . The people who live in the development are pretty friendly and the development is well cared for. In the summer the pool is a great amenity and is never overcrowded. The worst place. Everyone vaping weed and cigarettes smoke throughout the hallways and units.managament would do nothing. Lee Smith managers and Ray Sanchez is the worst supper. Wouldn't do anything about the vaping. Ceiling so thin you can here people walking. Kids jumping. Mice like crazy 🤪 a dump.
