In response to the complaint above; 2/13/24- On-call responded to bat in apartment. Maintenance arrived at the apartment and searched for the bat. The bat was not found. 2/14/24 - GM reached out and spoke with ***** *** asking for permission to have our maintenance supervisor inspect the apartment for possible entry points. **** stated there is no point the bat is gone. I asked her to please reconsider and she said she would think about it and get back to us. 2/14/24 - The on-call line was called at 12:14am, 12:15am, 12:17am... read more
