This cemetery is always very well maintained and peaceful. The staff care about their role as conservators and show it through the care and attention they put into grounds maintenance and family integration. I’ve always been treated very respectfully when working with the staff and feel the souls in permanent residence there are at peace.

My mother had a mausoleum that she paid in full before her death. The funeral home calls hilcrest on conference call , hilcrest told us be there before four o'clock we got there 3:20ish. There was no one there to lay my mother to rest & they simply told us come back Monday. Horrible customer service & lack of perfessionalism .

Update: You can now make payments on-line. Thanks Hillcrest. I made a double payment at the end of October and mailed a money order. I checked to see if they had received it and they said they hadn’t. Two months later I found that it had not been cashed. I owe Hillcrest an apology. I thought for sure they had hijacked my money. I sent a money order because it is a major ordeal trying to get someone to answer the phone to accept a payment. They should seriously consider on-line payments.
