Update: You can now make payments on-line. Thanks Hillcrest. I made a double payment at the end of October and mailed a money order. I checked to see if they had received it and they said they hadn’t. Two months later I found that it had not been cashed. I owe Hillcrest an apology. I thought for sure they had hijacked my money. I sent a money order because it is a major ordeal trying to get someone to answer the phone to accept a payment. They should seriously consider on-line payments.
