I made a double payment at the end of October and mailed a money order. I checked to see if they had received it and they said they hadn’t. Two months later I found that it had not been cashed. I owe Hillcrest an apology. I thought for sure they had hijacked my money. I sent a money order because it is a major ordeal trying to get someone to answer the phone to accept a payment. They should seriously consider on-line payments.
I began making payments on a plot here. It was almost impossible to get them on the phone to make a payment, so I began sending money orders. They received my first money order which was one payment, but when I doubled up on the payment (and I’m sure I forgot to remove the receipt) they said they didn’t receive it. I now will have to have it investigated which will cost me. She said if I send the receipt with their signature on it they’ll deduct it from my balance. Why can’t see just check their account? I've personally paid for over 10 plots at Hillcrest. Currently, I own several more plots. My relationship with the Hillcrest family extends over 3 generations. Since Luke left it has been ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! After countless UNRETURNED calls I personally drove out there. I spoke to CHAISEY today (manager) who was rude, unapologetic and unaccountable. I'm STILL AWAITING a call right. Ive asked to speak to the owner today (of whom a name and or number cant be provided per CHAISEY. Lets see how long this takes.... read more
