If you ever want to retrieve your families remains, don't bother coming here, they will lose your family members and then blame it on "the earth claiming them" There are other reports of this cemetery placing bodies in the wrong plots. This business is a joke, don't trust your families remains in their hands.
I gave this review one star because I can't give it anything less. I am still dealing with issues and overcharges in the sum of $5000 plus as well as almost placing my mother in the wrong plot if my father had not gone to the site the day before. The sales team comprised of Brittany Fastje and William "Bill" Bourbeau, and then general manager Clifton Atwood will lie to you, tell you that they do not have the answers to any of your financial questions, or it's above their pay grade and then when pressed for a contact number t... read more
My daddy is buried in the veterans section and has been since 2007..... this place has gone completely DOWN HILL!! The veterans area is supposed to be clean and uniformed with head stones the same height and in a straight line..... plots should not be sunken in and the head stones surely should not be completely out of the ground like I saw today.... I’m appalled that it looks the way it does.... my daddy and all his brothers and sisters buried here deserve better!! And on top of that my daddy’s headstone had damage to it on... read more
My parents chose a crypt so we dont have to deal with upkeep yet every time I got visit the family of the persons crypt above my parents keeps placing flowers that hang so long they cover my parents crypt and to me that’s so disrespectful and when I beg the office to do something they do nothing so I told them I will bring scissors and wire cutters and from now on I will cut the stuff hanging down over my parents crypt. They paid for their final resting place and I demand they have their respect.
Business response:
I'm sorry Debbie. This is the first that I personally have heard of this. Please give me the name that the crypts are under- for your parents and I will look into this further. Thank you for contacting our office and I'm sorry you haven't gotten a resolution so far.
Went to visit my loved ones’ graves today and I cannot believe how terrible the lack of upkeep has gotten to be. So many markers covered/ caving in/ broken. Trash everywhere. The grass is dead. It used to be a beautiful place. Very disappointed.
They don't allow you decorate graves especially headstones that don't have vases
I went today to check on my husbands grave and pulled weeds and picked up trash. The worse part for the trash is where they keep the equipment with a fence that is falling down. There were food containers all over the ground and trash thrown into the woods, it's sickening. The grounds crew just don't care, terrible upkeep.
I am livid! I can't honor my only son as our Jewish roots dictates. I so want to tell them to move my son elsewhere and give me all my money back. We are not supposed to put anything there but the flowers in the vase. soon they will tell us how many flower stems are allowed. Being Jewish it is an honor to put small stones on his grave and now I am supposed to throw that tradition away? after I pay for the spot he is in? beware people, they are throwing everything away. think twice before you choose this cemetery.
Been trying 2 yrs get get proof that I have 3 burial plots after my dad passed in 2016 and not had a call or anything. Getting a lawyer involved will be next
