The young man in the front was very professional and helpful but the Dr. Maximus in the facility was very rude. He came in very disrespectful when he asked why am I here I told him “I came to translate for my father since his English isn’t too well”. The Dr would tell me to shut up and not say anything. Since my father suffers from slight memory loss I have to remind him and keep track of his medical history for him.
