Friendly staff and a great place to live!
New management. Renovations, Demolition is paramount! I'm sitting here, paying for two refrigerators no kitchen sink for two weeks, those items have been scheduled twice for two weeks now. No disposal, no countertops, no dishwasher, THOSE items have been scheduled for two weeks now. A new HVAC system that was installed a day late, that blows cold air when it is 9°F outside. My relative has enjoyed living here for several years (despite some concerns with the lack of communication). However, a company has taken it over and she is now being evicted because they don't want any regularly paying customers. They want to switch to only low income. I truly don't understand how a company can do this to someone that it could literally cause mental and physical distress on top of the fact that a vast majority of the apartments are empty.
