I do not personally live in these apartments, but I deliver meals on wheels weekly to many clients who do live here and have been doing so for four years. There were never many complaints coming from the clients prior to last year when a major renovation was announced. I hear weekly about the disastrous progress in the horrific work that is being done. Friendly staff and a great place to live!
New management. Renovations, Demolition is paramount! I'm sitting here, paying for two refrigerators no kitchen sink for two weeks, those items have been scheduled twice for two weeks now. No disposal, no countertops, no dishwasher, THOSE items have been scheduled for two weeks now. A new HVAC system that was installed a day late, that blows cold air when it is 9°F outside. I have to wash dishes, pot's and pans in a bathroom sink with "hot" water that doesn't melt margarine off a knife. I use a shovel now to clean the sand d... read more
