My parents have been living in these apartments since June of last year. Apartments were dirty upon moving in even though management had “approved” the walkthrough. Maintenance issues are unlikely to be taken care of properly or in a timely manner due to communication issues between the manager (Sheri) and assistant manager (Jessica).
