My relative has enjoyed living here for several years (despite some concerns with the lack of communication). However, a company has taken it over and she is now being evicted because they don't want any regularly paying customers. They want to switch to only low income. My parents have been living in these apartments since June of last year. Apartments were dirty upon moving in even though management had “approved” the walkthrough. Maintenance issues are unlikely to be taken care of properly or in a timely manner due to communication issues between the manager (Sheri) and assistant manager (Jessica). Maintenance and managers here obviously “love” their jobs… you’ll find that out pretty quickly upon speaking with them.
