RecommendedThey did an excellent job with our 4 month old shih tzu. Prior to her appointment the staff was very helpful taking the time to answer all of my questions. They were very open and transparent throughout the whole process. I especially appreciate the fact that they are taking the necessary precautions during this COVID-19 pandemic and offer touch less pick up and drop off. I’ve already scheduled her next grooming appointment!
What a great place! If you live anywhere near them and need boarding, this is the place. Their kindness over my nervousness and the care for the dogs is above and beyond. 10 stars out of 5!!
Definitely recommend the staff is so nice and I can tell once I pick up hinata that she was treated very nice. I’ve gone to them three to four times I tried going somewhere else and they didn’t leave her how I told them meanwhile hillcrest left her how I wanted her so thank you so much for your service I don’t plan changing groomer anytime soon🙂

Our family pup Boss went in for grooming on Saturday and was rushed to the Vet on Sunday to due to a bruise.. now he being rushed to the Vet again because he can’t walk... he was perfectly fine before going to @Hillcrest Kennel & Grooming.. but has been in pain and crying since he was picked up. WHAT DID YOU DO TO OUR DOG???????
The staff here are nothing short of remarkable. Very timely and professional. Most of all, their love for the animals they service shines bright. I highly recommend taking your pets here to receive a little tlc. My Charlie absolutely loved his time there. Looking forward to his next grooming visit already. Oh yea, he looks and smells AMAZING!
My large dog has anxiety and takes a long time to warm up to strangers. Hillcrest staff are patient with her and understand her differences. When I pick her up from boarding or bath they always have a personal story about her attitude or her stay, and I know they truly care about the dogs in their kennel.
Ranger loves going to Hillcrest and play!
Hillcrest is the best! The staff are all super sweet and I don't have dog mom guilt about leaving my pup because he is pumped to be there. I also love that they post photos on the Facebook page so that I can check in 😊
