Misleading about cost and service. Don't take them for their word... Especially anyone claiming to be clergy
I'm a caregiver working with client who is on hospice. I've never seen more thorough care as I have with Hillcrest hospice. They truly go above and beyond with their visits and cares. They deserve a gold metal.
After being misled and left in the dark, I fired them. Update 11/11: Nice work putting the onus and blame back on the client. After a non-apology you claim "that's never something we would do". Guess that's the same kind of attitude that led me to fire your company. Perhaps better communication with your staff of your proclaimed expectations is what's required.
Wonderful company and tremendous Hospice team. I’ve never witnessed such compassion by Cindy A, Cindy B and the rest of the hospice nursing staff. The care, assistance and joy they shared with my mother in her final months I will never forget. I highly recommend.
