We purchased a model home that Hillcrest had built. The realtor couldn't believe the quality of everything for a model home. There were no corners cut anywhere. Fast forward 5 years and we had a flooring issue. We didn't hold Mark the owner of the business responsible. It was one of those things happen deals. He found out about our issue. Mind you the home comes with a one year warranty. Mark went beyond and above our expectations with the flooring job. We expected no help as we didn't feel he was responsible. Very poor designs. Back yard excavation has left us with a constant pool of standing water 30ft long. Flooring in the kitchen is already falling apart and structurally unsound. Materials inside the build of our new home have shown to be unreliable. Warranty discussions with Mark have been grossly less than honorable. This pooling of water is due to the condition he left our grade in. He blamed the city.
