Very helpful and knowledgeable staff
What’s the deal with the staff at this location??? I just don’t get the bad attitude. It’s like being miserable is a prerequisite to work here. Staff are consistently snarky, cold & condescending… it’s almost as if customers are an inconvenience. Went in again today & had yet another mind boggling experience in terms of “customer service”. I was there to buy one single screw for my tripod and had such a rude encounter that I did not purchase said screw… instead I’m here now writing a 1 star review. As usual terrible service. As said by other people I have given the store numerous chances over the years because they are local and I try to shop local. Ask for Murdoch as he’s the only polite and helpful person there, unfortunately he’s usually stacking shelves and thus you get one of the other grump bags at the desk when you walk in. . I will never shop there again, and I suggest that you don’t either….unless you get Murdoch. If I was Home hardware I’d hire Murdoch so he doesn’t lose his job and close the store as it does... read more
