This facility is now titled Riverview Post Acute Care. They only get two stars for the great agency/staff that they have on nights minus this uncouth nurse named Melissa. But they also would end up with this rating due to regular staff or nurses who treat agency like they don't matter. I worked Saturday September 13, 2025 7pm-7am, this was only my 3rd time picking up a shift here at this facility and each time I have had a different section. My husband was there after his cancer surgery, had alot extra going on and they took great care of him. The staff there is just awesome, and caring.

As far as being an employee here, RUN. Certain departments think they can be unprofessional & talk about bad about the nursing team doing their duties. Yet, DON, ADON want to turn a blind eye & hide in their offices. Instead of using their management roles & skills to advocate for their nurses and patients. Some of those techs need to just move on & get a degree. They are too smart to stay a tech. No wonder why they use up SO many agencies in here.

My mother has been at several facilities over the last 12 years and Hillcrest is the first place that treated her with care and respect. They got to know her and her likes and dislikes. She was bedridden and the dedicated staff took great care with her hygiene and personal needs. They approached her multilevel issues with patience and experience. They had wonderful communication with me whenever something changed and treated her with dignity until her last breath. Thank you so much!
