My landlord got replacement glass for my window here. He called and said the glass was ready and to bring the window in. When I got here three guys were in the shop every one of them was rude. I have now been blocked in because one of their drivers parked behind me when I parked for 28 mins. All three employees and the driver are now standing in front of my car talking. They also apparently “don’t know” if my glass is even here. ABSOLUTELY THE VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of all time. Go anywhere but here.

Fantastic customer service and very competitive pricing. I needed a 3x8 patio door screen replaced and I had no means to take it to them. Daniale was incredible. She arranged for my screen to be picked up, repaired and returned to me all in one day! Now that's customer service! I only wish I could recall the name of the wonderful gentleman who did this. Use this great company! Thank you Hillcrest Glass. You have an amazing team.
