This is one of the few places available for rent in this town that are not low income. They charge a small fortune for their apartments, raise the rent every year without fail, yet neglect to do basic maintenance or upgrades. Parking was designed in the 50’s when each family had one car and the apartments haven’t been upgraded much since. Air barely works, heat barely works. They should be ashamed charging what they charge for what they provide.

I have been a tenant at Hillcrest for almost 5 years now & I absolutely love it. It’s very quiet, with spacious large rooms. I love the balcony for our 2 bedroom. I would definitely refer Hillcrest to anyone looking for a nice space.
I've been here for almost 2 years and it's a quiet safe well kept property...would recommend to a friend.
