Wonderful service Stayed on top of everything I asked
My husband has been buying flower arrangements for several years, back when they were located at the mall. Last couple months the quality has gone down drastically, and the arrangements look very poor. They have some new staff so it’s probably the reason why, my husband has spoken to the owner about it over the phone. Purchased from this store multiple times, and it is normally good but this was my first time trying an online delivery order and I wouldn’t recommend it. First of all, the original amount I was shown and checked out with was not the final amount my card ended up being charged. Apparently the difference was a $9.99 “one time florist flat fee” that was added after the fact. This seems sketchy to me and also doesn’t make sense as a one time fee as I’ve purchased from here before, so seems like just a dishonest way of squeezing ... read more
