The bouquet they sent looked nothing like the one I bought based on the online picture. When I called to complain, the manager kept on interrupting me, and then he yelled at me saying he doesn’t have to put up with this. I spent over $170 and got something worth less than half that despite being a loyal customer who ordered from them multiple times over the last several years avoid this place like the plague.
