I’ve been a regular customer here, but after my experience on Mother’s Day, I won’t be coming back. I brought in a few flowers I had bought elsewhere and asked if they could help arrange them nicely I even offered to pay extra. I know they could’ve made them look better. Instead, the blonde-highlighted staff member flat-out refused and said, “we don’t add flowers to yours if you bring them in.” No kindness, no customer care, just cold attitude.
