we had Hillcrest RV out for a service call about a month ago. we need a new fan on the AC and new thermostat $238 later we were told all the parts are obsolete because we wanted to order the parts and put them in ourselves. found the thermostat online so obviously Hillcrest RV lied. they wanted us to pay another service call and put the parts in themselves. I will never do business with them again! they are liars! and worse, our camper was purchased there!
