I recently joined for the 8wk Girls Night Out Challenge w/The American Cancer Society 35miles/31 days for Breast Cancer.. the entire staff/coaches are Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about what they do. The classes are fun and quick(just 30min), but don’t let that fool you, it’s about the kind of exercises you’re doing and you Will sweat and get sore.. so don’t think you’re not gonna benefit from it.
