Its unfortunate that the doctor that I really enjoyed going to, fell out of touch with his staff and not see that they no longer provided that caring and welcoming environment to their patient. This is my story. . . I was contacted to get my second Shingles shot and when I got to the office, the two front desk ladies were very nice and told me to go to room 2 and wait for the nurse. 30 minutes later. . .
