I had a wonderful experience at Hillcrest Estates thanks to Ciearra Gosnell. She went above and beyond with her excellent customer service. Sierra was extremely patient, very observant, and made sure all of my questions were answered thoroughly. She was professional yet personable, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and attentive, and I truly appreciate her help. Hillcrest Estates is fortunate to have someone like Ciearra on their team!
I have lived here for a very long time since 2013 before the renovations. And let me tell you that its so much more Amazing now. They staff are Amazing. When Shaun became our new Apt Manager things were done on time and timely. She worked with me going through my cancer issues and very supportive. And now Lisa is our New Apt manager she is just as Amazing. I couldn't have asked for better place to live with my daughter. Its nice and quiet. Maintenance needs are always met on time. The staff was always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any maintenance requests or questions I had. The property was well-maintained, quiet, and felt very safe, which made it easy to feel at home. Lisa and Cierra or the greatest!! I enjoyed my stay overall highly recommend.
