Dr. Brochu! I had several ENTs treat me as crazy when I told them it was so difficult to breathe they often blew me off or one did a CT and said I needed swallowing rehabilitation even though another Dr said it was fine... Dr Brochu the first thing he said is your not crazy, you are having issues, they are bothersome and we can fix it. I mean right off the bat. Listen to every question and concern. Both Dr Buck and Dr Brochu and kind, attentive, knowledgeable and professional. Their staff is supportive and works hard to get the job done well. Only positive experiences to report.
July 30, 2025 I went in today for a basic check up with Dr.Buck and i was very disappointed. I have been to him times in the past and those visits were ok besides very long wait times anyway i went in today and he was very rude and short with me. When i explained to him that i felt that the tubes in my sons ear did nothing for him because he still continued to get ear infections that must have rubbed him the wrong way because basically he cut me off and just walked out didnt finish talking i still had questions thats wasnt a... read more
Grateful for providers and front staff that make a difference when it comes to hearing loss and ear problems. Dr. Joy Posey is gone and she was absolutely outstanding. I’ve seen Dr. Brochu before and am appreciative of his thoroughness finding answers for my concerns. I am seeing Dr. Whitaker and he’s attentive, professionals and very helpful.
