July 30, 2025 I went in today for a basic check up with Dr.Buck and i was very disappointed. I have been to him times in the past and those visits were ok besides very long wait times anyway i went in today and he was very rude and short with me. Grateful for providers and front staff that make a difference when it comes to hearing loss and ear problems. Dr. Joy Posey is gone and she was absolutely outstanding. I’ve seen Dr. Brochu before and am appreciative of his thoroughness finding answers for my concerns. I am seeing Dr. Whitaker and he’s attentive, professionals and very helpful.

My experience with this clinic has been very disappointing. I had a hearing exam completed and the diagnosed a need for hearing aides. This was hard to hear since I’m in my 30’s and was grateful when Dr. Hooter shared info about a program that the Texas Workforce Commission offers to help make the process affordable. In early December 2024 I dropped off the required paperwork that TWC needed. In mid February 2025, the paperwork still has not been completed. I posted review ( more that 1000 views) in November 2024 but someone deleted it. I am willing to write my review again, so people can see it. Dr. Buck and his nurse caused my mom to have a stroke during her tonsil removal surgery. First, they failed to inform us that she had a blood clot in her neck, despite two CT scans showing it before the surgery. They also stopped her blood thinner. After the surgery, her blood pressure spiked, and although they gave her medication to lower it, they still sent her home with dangerously ... read more
