The care that this team gives to your teeth is the best I have ever received in my sixty plus years.
I love Hillcrest, dental and all the people, but I know that I am supposed to keep up with my insurance but it would have been nice for them to have known that I had used up all of my insurance, even the preventive which I thought was separate and learned that I had to pay for my cleaning, which I only did because I did not know it was part of the whole insurance. Now I know so I will ask next time. Will this be paid for before I get any work which I normally do but I thought maybe they should have known that and told me.
Dr. Jones and her staff are always professional and friendly.
