I went to Hillcrest dental a couple months ago because I needed my teeth to be extracted I have 13 cavities with no teeth attached so you have to dig them out from the gums I am on SSI for mental disability one of those being I could never sustain being awake going through all that pain so they all they did was take the x-rays so they could do the dental fixtures but I needed someone to put me under to extract them and they said to me good luck making $150 calls looking for one well then I talk to my primary care doctor and ... read more

Horrible experience today as I had an appointment booked for six months. They have a new automated system that confirms appointments. When they called I confirmed. Then I called again to confirm but they said the system was not working right and my appointment for a cleaning was cancelled. A patient should not have to be stressed out and change plans because their system does not work. Very disappointing. I like the dentists there. But it takes forever if ever to get a call back from main office.
