My husband was an inpatient of the Hillcrest Rehab Cottage for close to 2 months this summer of 2025. We found everyone very friendly, from the office person at the front desk , the kitchen staff, the techs and nurses, the therapists, as well as the cleaning ladies and maintenance personnel. Besides being friendly and helpful when needed, everyone seemed to be willing to go beyond their “job description” to accommodate any need of ours that arrived. My husband was here for almost 3 wks. He was admitted post-hosp and needed more therapy and time to regain his strength. Everything was top notch. Social worker Megan easy to work with. pt/or Therapy is always available to speak to me regarding his outcome ( which he did well). Nursing caring, very attentive, and knowledgeable, aides very caring and all-knowing their roles and strengths Again , all very approachable and helpful. I have personally met and interacted with many of the leaders and caregivers here. The therapy team is amazing and the gym has state of the art equipment. The people are helpful and friendly and the private rooms are HUGE. I would definitely recommend this to a loved one.
