That staff has been great with my Dad during his stay..they have went out of there way to make him comfortable.
I find it frustrating that every time there's a meeting everyone's new again and nobody knows anything,and they lack communication,severely undersraffed,and overwork few good ones they have,and better back ground checks need to be done and properly reported, I know it is challenging to care for these people,but walk away or have enough staff to help in situations,I have no tolerance for people to go out of their way to be cruel and make things worse,if you can't find better ways to deal with your issues ,don't do this job,an... read more
My mother has been at Hillcrest Estate Cottages twice in 2023. The second time, the physician put her on two medications that cause a lot of medical, physical, and mental declinations. Once she was taken off the meds, she started thriving again. I'm not too happy with him.
