Claim to be flexible when it comes to hours and scheduling but when things get real and happen after you dedicate months of your time to a company they make up new rules to target you. First it was no overtime was allowed and they weren’t trying to pay for overtime hours. Then I switched to weekend hours based off my availability and now they’re saying due to payroll I can’t work prn when that’s what was agreed upon. I LOVE my job! This department was able to find regular hours that worked for having a part-time job that synced with my family's schedule. I love the office staff. They are so supportive and helpful. This job has been so fulfilling and a joy to do!

I'm new with hillcrest as a companion and I have to say the team go's above and beyond to make our clients happy. I recently advocated for one of our clients that she needed help outside of her other agency supplies company and the gave me extra supplies that would fit her better. This put a big smile on her face and solved a problem we were having. Thank you team for hearing me and doing all you can to properly care for our clients.
