After having to scramble after a lease through another rental company fell through, Deborah took the time to address our situation with empathy and urgency. She set us off on the right foot and made the leasing process as easy as it can be
Faced every problem in the book at this property during 2 years living there. The buildings are extremely old and falling apart. This past December a part of our bathroom ceiling began to show extensive water damage and instead of doing a full repair the team simply patched the leaks and assured us the root cause was treated. A month later the corner of the bathroom ceiling collapsed, leaving us a huge mess.
