Hillcrest was expensive to start with, yet Greystar took over and raised the rent AGAIN. $1300 a month (not including utilities) for a tiny 1 bedroom apartment they made no improvements or changes to. The office is extremely unhelpful, uneducated and rude. Water takes about 10 minutes to get hot, garbage disposal doesn't work, and they want to DNA your dog because there are a few pet owners who ruin it for everybody.
