I want to start by saying, the property manager and maintenance have all been nice, and responsive. That said, I would not recommend living here. You are getting a good amount of space for the price, and yes the units aren’t very up to date cosmetic wise (which doesn’t bother me at all), BUT if you value air conditioning and being comfortable at all, do not move here. I inquired this place on March 25th 2025 and said I was interested in applying and touring. Josie said there wasnt a unit to tour until the 13th of April, so tour was set up for April 13th. Come the day of I emailed to confirm, Josie canceled. Said she had vendors in the unit until the 28th, so we rescheduled for the 29th. Waited another 2 weeks for the rescheduled tour. Don’t expect to get your deposit back when you move out. How is it the damages was the exact amount as they deposit. When I moved in there were holes in the walls rips in the carpet paint peeling. The unit was not cleaned dead bugs all over the countertops. I put it all in the move in sheet but I somehow was charged for the sane things on move out. When things break instead of replacing appliances maintenance just keeps coming back to fix it. The entire three years I lived here the stove only had one burner that worked, main... read more
