Worst apartment I've ever lived in. Rent is on the high side, the very high side. No central air and you can't control the thermostat for the heat, that is up to the resident manager who keeps it at 70 degrees. Had to deal with constant intrusions from the resident manager. She walks in without notice all the time, however, maintenance issues are not resolved in a timely manner and not performed by a professional.
