I've had a leak for about 3 to 4 weeks and they have done nothing to stop the water from coming into my bathroom. It started as a small drip and now it's almost raining in my bathroom. I'v had to go to my mother's house and take a shower because they removed my shower curtain and cut a hole in the ceiling that now allows the water to drip all over the bathtub and toilet. There was a severe water leak in my apartment building. Water poured from the ceiling for 12 hours. I was without water, without heat, and without electricity from 2 am until 9 am. Shortly after, a building inspector along with several local officers and firemen, told me my building had been deemed condemned due to safety violations, and I was forced to evacuate. There was a severe water leak in my apartment complex that had been flooding since 12:30am-12pm on January 7, 2014. Several residents tried to contact the Missouri Sewer and Water Company as well as the fire department; however there was little that could be done on their part. Attempts made at contacting maintenance did not help as myself, nor any of the other tenants could get in touch with any personnel using the 'emergency number' provided by management. I really love living here. Super affordable and my 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath is huge. I just resigned my lease and I will live here until I decide to own. THANKS HILLCREST :)
