Me, my husband & our 1 year old son lived at hillcrest for a year. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Gail is extremely rude. Neighbors do favors for Gail & get free rent meanwhile we had to pay almost $1500 for a basic 1 bedroom run down unit filled with spider crickets & other neighbors pay hundreds of less for the same unit. If you’re newer to the complex the more you pay. No privacy. Made an appointment to see an apartment, no one showed up The answering service is run out of the Philippines, so that wasn’t helpful either
Seeing the comments I understand everything, Gail is rude, racist and unprofessional, from the first moment she was, I don't understand if nobody sees the comments or nobody complains about her but what an unpleasant person. She is intimidating and asks very personal questions that are not necessary when evaluating a tenant. Not even a zero would be the perfect grade.
Terrible service and terrible maintenance timing. Gail is extremely rude and impatient. She has preference and favoritism toward others and whoever she doesn't care for get taken care of last, if they are ever taken care of!
