Run away from this place as fast as you can
They are slum lords. THEY don't fix anything. My grandchildren live there with window unit right now because he to cheap to fix the air conditioning and so much more. They except section 8 housing. But screw the people that pay rent.W/D don't work cost about 20 to wash one load. POS IS GOING TO BE TURNED IN MONDAY MORNING

My daughter and I lived there for about a year and a few months. I had to put a $2000 security deposit, I hated this apartment from the get go but I was desperate at the time. Mr. David Tran is a greedy slum Lord. There was no smoke alarms, no handicap accessible wheelchair ramps, my son is in a wheelchair and it tore it up... He put down that I only put $1000 deposit and I destroyed all kinds of things. Turned me over to collections 2 years after I was evicted saying I owe him $6600. The landlord is a rude man. he really talked us out of wanting to live here because of our age. we didn’t even get to fill out an application, but instead gave a lecture about our age and being loud kids.. just off of our appearances. i didn’t even want to look at an apartment.
