They dont even have an office lol its just some shady room with no windows and a black ominous looking door. Try to set an appointment to look at an apartment and some robot will set you a fake appointment where nobody actually shows up to meet with you. This indicates that if you somehow find yourself living there you definitely won't get any prompt service if any one maintenance requests etc.
First off, I am not a bot and will be honest in saying that every low rating and the detailed complaints that followed are true as I have witnessed much of it first hand. But, I feel compelled to advocate for the 3 new people who are really trying to make things right here. First off, the new office manager Erica who has listened to my complaints and addressed my issues with a voice of professionalism, care and concern, followed by an action plan to remedy the issues. I would give them less than 1 if I could at this point. These apartments used to be well managed and rent was around $700 for a 1 bedroom. In 3 years I am now paying over 1200 for the same apartment. They forced me to move to the other building further from amenities. And sold off half the properties (pool) and didn't tell me till I was picking up new keys. Check your vents and report the mold before you move in! There are a ridiculous amount of tenants with growing roach infestation from several units. Yet still being charged "Pest Control Fee" monthly. Lack of communication from leasing office/landlord regarding any responsibility unless it's regarding rent payment/eviction notice. New staff that is seldom present in-office. Goodluck receiving responses after move-in. The maintenance man is the only good thing about these apartments.
