First off, I am not a bot and will be honest in saying that every low rating and the detailed complaints that followed are true as I have witnessed much of it first hand. But, I feel compelled to advocate for the 3 new people who are really trying to make things right here. I would give them less than 1 if I could at this point. These apartments used to be well managed and rent was around $700 for a 1 bedroom. In 3 years I am now paying over 1200 for the same apartment. They forced me to move to the other building further from amenities. And sold off half the properties (pool) and didn't tell me till I was picking up new keys. They then towed my truck from my paid parking spot as soon as they implemented it. Took no accountability for it and no accountability when they failed to verify utilitie... read more
Check your vents and report the mold before you move in! There are a ridiculous amount of tenants with growing roach infestation from several units. Yet still being charged "Pest Control Fee" monthly. Lack of communication from leasing office/landlord regarding any responsibility unless it's regarding rent payment/eviction notice. New staff that is seldom present in-office. Goodluck receiving responses after move-in. The maintenance man is the only good thing about these apartments. Management is incredibly helpful and sweet! She goes out of her way to get things done and make it an enjoyable environment.
