They got me in last minute for my Dog's broken nail. I was a worried mess, and they were caring and took amazing care of my boy. Highly recommend!
They are ok but they charge a lot and keep you coming back while charging every-time you come in for a visit. My cat had surgery and I had to go back 3x for the glue sutures coming apart. They charged me every single time for additional glue, stitches, a visit and antibiotics. I’m curious as to why the incision wasn’t reinforced to begin with, with stitches. If I'm being honest there are a few good staff members, but too many times a vet would come in and talk to me about stuff that either has been talked about before or didn't really feel like they knew my dog at all. Also it felt like pricing kept getting higher and higher and the final straw was when we called about an issue that has been ongoing with my dog and y'all wouldn't fill a prescription of eye ointment for him without a visit when his cherry eye is a known thing. Felt more like a cash grab then anything.
