I just had my sick Pekingese seen by Dr Barber. They were able to get me in same day. I was so worried about being made to feel bad about my decision regarding his care but I didn’t feel that way at all. He gave me all the options and prices and just let me decide, without judgement. Although it wasn’t what I had hoped, I feel much better knowing he will be his vet through whatever may come next in his path. Thank you so much.
We bring our cats here and our older one had dental surgery and it went well and our youngest just got fixed, they've been struggling with a breakout and the vet was nice and informative even though I was on edge from trying so many things so we're changing their water dishes and was given ointment. Thank you for your help sorry I get stressed out I'm working on it
We were made to feel guilty for having to put our 15 1/2 yr old dog down. In addition, there was miscommunication between staff members which felt very unprofessional and quite disrespectful. It felt more like a money grab as it felt like that the last time we took our dog there for a check up. I would not recommend this pet hospital. Sadly it isn’t what it used to be when Dr Cole was there.
